The revenue engine for Madrid wellness.
Olivio sits above the tools boutique gyms and wellness centers already use — Glofox, Momence, WhatsApp, Stripe — and turns the signals flowing through them into coordinated revenue. Defense protects existing MRR; Offense generates new bookings, conversions, and referrals. Every euro measured against a baseline frozen on day one.
Spain alone: ~2,750 boutique-style operators.
Phased rollout: Spain → Portugal + Italy → Spanish LATAM → Brazil.
Madrid only. Average revenue uplift +6–10% MRR vs. frozen baseline.
Pomona Club (Salamanca) is target #1. Two more in negotiation.
The thesis in three pieces.
Why now
Vertical SaaS for boutique fitness (Momence, Glofox, Mindbody) is mature — they handle bookings and payments well, but none ship a revenue layer. The acquisition of Momence by Clubessential (Battery + Silver Lake) creates an 18-24 month distraction window. WhatsApp-native, Spanish-first, and cross-platform are all moats US incumbents won't ship.
Why us
Olivio won Best Startup in Science & Technology at IE Venture Day 2026. Anthony Feghaly (founder/CTO/co-CEO) operates between Madrid and the Bay Area, sole engineer, building the full stack. Co-founders Kate Orefice and Tom Biefel handle non-engineering. Conservative attribution methodology stress-tested before any pilot.
Why this geometry
Boutique gyms are the wedge — narrow, validated, with strong product-market fit signal at Pomona. Wellness centers (yoga, Pilates, recovery, HYROX) is the broader category we own from day one. Madrid is the geography that makes Phase Two (the neighborhood ecosystem) defensible.
