Data Deletion Instructions

If you would like Olivio Labs to delete the data we hold about you or about a connected account, here is how to request it and what happens.
How to request deletion
Data Deletion Request, and include enough detail to identify the records — for example the Instagram username (and Facebook Page name, if applicable), or the studio and member the request relates to.Because the studio is the controller of its account and member data, you can also make this request through the studio; we will act on its instructions.
What gets deleted
We will delete the data we hold for the identified account or person, including: data obtained through Meta's APIs (profile and account information, media and post metadata, insights, comments, linked Facebook Page data, business metadata); and any booking / member data we hold for that person (name, contact details, attendance and purchase history).
Timeframe
We will process the request and confirm completion within 30 days of receiving and verifying it.
Confirmation
Once deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation to the email address that made the request.
