Glofox and Momence run your bookings. Olivio runs your decisions about what to do next — who to reach, what to offer, when. Different layer, different job. We sit above the software you already use; we don't try to replace it.

Marketplaces and ecosystems need density. Phase Two — the neighborhood network — is only defensible if it launches in a city where we already have ten studios and a hundred partners on the ground. Madrid first, every other city after.

It's measured against a baseline frozen on day one — your real MRR, churn rate, fill rate, conversion rate from the 30 days before Olivio starts. Conservative rules: a churn save only counts when the next monthly invoice clears. A day-pass conversion uses a 14-day window. You can dispute any line item; the first ninety days we eat the disputes.

No. Olivio reads from them and writes to them through their APIs. The agent books classes in your existing system, your members still see your existing UI, your team still uses what they know. If you're on Glofox today, you'll still be on Glofox after we connect.

You stop. Founding-partner agreements are twelve months at zero cost — you don't owe a euro during the period. The only thing we ask in exchange is permission to learn together and a frozen baseline to measure against. No equity, no long-term lock-in.

Late 2026, after Olivio is running in 10+ Madrid wellness centers. Until then it's a roadmap line, not a deliverable. Founding partners get first pick of which neighborhood partners join their zone, and twelve months free on that layer too.
